Teacher Training for Educational Change: The View of International Experts

Digital competence has become a new type of literacy that significantly impacts on people’s lives, as it is paramount to their social and occupational integration. In educational institutions, teachers play major role in developing the digital skills students. This study aims determine key elements teacher training use innovative technologies methodologies with view providing alternatives improve process. The objective overcome deficiencies methodologies. A qualitative based interview data used two phases. For first phase research, semi-structured interviews were conducted eight international education experts from various fields how best train teachers. second research involved text mining analysis transcripts sentiment word counts using advanced R statistical programming language. was analysed cloud. results reveal should be practice-focused supervised by senior aid students heads schools. Moreover, standards set monitor teachers, who trained an ongoing basis keep them up date technologies.
